About this film

Chris Award–Columbus Int'l Film & Video Festival CINE Award Depression can happen to anyone and the root causes are not always clearly understood but it is important to know that psychological and medical help is available. You can get better. This ethnically diverse group of teens, who have experienced the depths of depression, offer advice and insights to their peer group. They discuss understanding your feelings and the benefits of reaching out to friends, trusted adults and remaining active in school, sports, and social events. The caring advice these now healthy teens have to offer will confirm to other teens that they are not alone and there is hope.
