How institutional licensing works
- One agreement, whole campus. Students, faculty, and staff stream on campus by IP recognition and off campus by single sign-on.
- Purchase orders welcome. Check out with "Invoice / Purchase Order" — access is provisioned when your PO arrives, and the invoice follows your AP cycle.
- Multi-year options. Lock pricing for 2–3 year terms to match budget cycles. Contact us for a quote.
- Trials for evaluation. Every new institution starts with a 30-day full-access trial, with MARC records and usage stats included.
- Cancel with notice. Annual plans renew yearly; cancel before renewal and retain access through the paid term. Your MARC records stay.
